Solo Spotlight: Brittany Carney: Kingdom Phylum Ass / Rachel Kaly's Hospital Hour

Sign up or log in to save this to your schedule, view media, leave feedback and see who's attending!

Brittany Carney (Adult Swim, HBO) has a sh*t sense of order. Scattered, sure. In her show on ADHD, animal taxonomy, and a third theme, Brittany combines standup and visual media—she invites you to join her in finding structure, but more importantly, to consider a wombat’s colon. Hospital Hour is a show that explores why Rachel Kaly is obsessed with going to the hospital all the time. And for the record maybe it’s because she’s extremely mentally ill. And maybe that’s because she saw 9/11 happen and she is estranged from her father whose cab she hailed once. Only an hour of this show will tell.  ($30, All Ages)
